Hasantha Sinnock
Ms. Hasantha Sinnock is a M.Sc. student with the Department of Community Health Sciences at the University of Manitoba. Prior to graduate studies she completed her B.Sc. in biochemistry in 2008 and worked as an analytical biochemist for Health Canada for six years.
Upon graduation from the M.Sc. program Hasantha hopes to pursue a career in epidemiology and promote the use of laboratory data to support public health decision-making. As a CIRN trainee, Hasantha will be working on the Systematic Review of Data Sources and Methodology for Vaccine Coverage Assessment in Canada project under the direction of Dr. Salah Mahmud.
