My research focuses on participating in clinical trials of vaccines against infectious diseases to establish if these vaccines are safe and effective before licensure or to gain a better perspective when they are used in the population after licensure. I am also involved in clinical research of pediatric asthma, to assess clinical effectiveness of pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic aspects of asthma treatment, and to evaluate clinical practice in real life.
